Dr. Alina Peffer was born and raised in Ukraine, where her passion for art and beauty blossomed at a young age. She began singing naturally at the age of three. Later after a brief stint at the Odessa Conservatory however she enrolled in the Medical School at the University of Odessa and earned her MD degree.
With a desire to further her medical career, Dr. Peffer immigrated to the United States. She completed her postgraduate training and achieved Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) at the Spokane Teaching Health Center, a University of Washington and Washington State University affiliated program. Over the past 15 years, she has served as a hospitalist in Spokane while also educating future physicians as Clinical Assistant Professor at the Washington State University (WSU) Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine.
Though medicine became her professional focus, Dr. Peffer continued her passion for music and has given numerous recitals and participated in fundraising events. Her love of beauty transcends music and has evolved into a deep interest in the “Art of Aesthetics”. She pursued formal training and completed her aesthetic fellowship at Premier Derm MD Aesthetic Clinic in San Diego. Dr. Peffer holds certifications from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine (ABAM). Committed to patient safety and high-quality techniques, Dr. Peffer has gained extensive experience in non-surgical, minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, PDO threads, and skin-tightening facial rejuvenation.
In her spare time, Dr. Peffer enjoys life in Spokane with her husband, family, and friends. She practices yoga and takes full advantage of the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
